RTC integration with some other tool

HI Team,

We are using RTC 6.0.5 version and now we want to integrate with BPM tool(cordys) with RTC IBM tool.

1.Is it possible to link through we servieces?

2.Suggest us which is best one web service or Web API or OSCl links?
