RTC - finding sources which are in PRIVATE ACCESS

VUAILLAT SEBASTIEN (132) | asked May 15 '19, 9:01 a.m.

Hello

One of our colleagues did some works and put the sources in RTC.

He left the company and we are not able to find and acces to his sources. We think he put the sources with PRIVATE access.

Do you know how we can resolve this problem? it seems that only the delopper who put the source is able to change this status.

Thanks!

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER

One of the users with JazzAdmin repository permission can see everything. Several options.

These users can log in using the Eclipse client, see private components, see personal repository workspaces, they can search for change sets owned by users. They can change access permissions on this data.

It is also possible to change the password of that user to be able to log in using his account, if needed. That is up to your IT department.
