exporting RTC backlog
Our team uses RTC to maintain its product and dev backlog. How can I download/export the entire backlog without any data loss? (tags, description, relationships, attachments, epics, comments, etc) Want to include completed stories in this export.
Thanks.

For what purpose? What is the usage of the export and what is the intended business value?
What you can do is (as far as I know)
Including completed items in any of the exports is basically a choice in the query conditions.
The backlog is basically everything that is planned for the backlog iteration in the project timeline that is owned by the project and its child team areas.

Thank you Ralph Schoon. We are planning to move our backlog to Jira due to HCL divestiture. Hence, we need to figure out a way to download all the data with minimal loss and import it as a CSV in Jira.
