Hello I have 3 a questions about importing a CSV into RTC.

Where does it go?

How can I pull my imported items into an Iteration?

How do I move items from a Backlog into a Plan?

 Thanks Mark

I would suggest to try to understand the basic concepts of RTC: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/RTCProcessFundamentals

  1. The CSV is going nowhere. The contained data is used to create work items.
  2. The "Planned for" attribute must be set to an iteration, during the import or afterwards.
  3. A backlog is also a plan. To plan them for a different iteration, change the "Planned For" attribute. The Category "Filed against" is also important.
