Difficulty with "Details Layout" in Editor presentations of Work Item

I'm using "Details Layout" in overview tab of my Work Item . When i add presentation to this tab ,
two presentations are listed in one line .For better view to user i wanted each presentation in new line.
(Note : Above requirement can be accomplished with "H Layout" but for us Details Layout is required in other sub-sections of the   overview tab )

The details layout is a section that is placed and rendered as one item. In the Eclipse UI the details section is one column. If you want to have things side by side, you need to add a section to the right slot and the presentation there. Otherwise you need a different layout. 

In the Web UI, the details section seems to be displayed as two columns, if enough attributes are available. 

I have not spent too much time with it, but that is what I know and it was so far possible for me to get things placed as needed. In the end it is only possible to do what the UI supports.
