Description
Using RTC 6.0.6 iFix 007, when updating a work item's Comments attribute, previously, a vision-impaired user would use a key-combination to attach a file. Now, when s/he hears the audible prompts, s/he can navigate to the ‘Add attachment’ button(icon), but when s/he presses either the Enter key or the Slash key on the NumPad on the keyboard, nothing happens. In the work item's Comments field, what is the shortcut key for adding attachments?

I searched for attachment, but the only option I was able to find (In the RTC Eclipse settings), that is remotely related to attachments is the 'Capture Screenshot and Attach to Work Item'. I would suggest to open an enhancement request (or a defect) for this.
