Is it possible on DNG to create 2 related attributes in requirement artifact  ? for example Domain and related subdomain ?

Hi, you mean that the values to select of one attribute depend on what's selected with another attribute?
Then the answer is no, DNG doesn't provide that.

 Exactly, is there any alternative to group requirement artifacts by the value of domain and subdomain ?
