Likely the URL is wrong e.g. "https://clm.example.com:9443/ccm/web" instead of "https://clm.example.com:9443/ccm/" or wrong context root.

Tried https://ccm-coaclmp.state.mi.us:9443/ccm/web as well as https://ccm-coaclmp.state.mi.us:9443/ccm.

Same error is being faced.

So, what is the URI you are using to access the Web UI?

https://ccm-coaclmp.state.mi.us:9443/ccm , this is the url for the RTC server being used by our project

I am able to access the Web UI through https://ccm-coaclmp.state.mi.us:9443/ccm and entering credentials. But for RTC eclipse client facing the CRJAZ2384E  error
