Hello,

We are planning to add a field in a Defect in RTC. But we would like that field to be visible to only few authorized individuals in a team. Is to possible to do that in RTC?

This is not supported for all I know. You can limit access to a complete work item, not to attributes. Link a work item in a project area with limited access to your work item if you want to do this.
