 I am using CLM RQM version 6.0.5 it is global configuration enabled. I have around 15 streams in which 200 test artifacts - test case/suit/script in it which using categories and sub categories.


I have a requirement to rename the category values and update the test artifacts. I have few artifacts in Approved state having these categories.
Can we use RQM import Export Utility to fulfill the task.
 
let me know how to proceed with the task

 Hi Sousan,


If you rename the existing category values, those changes should be reflected in all the artifacts which contain those values, so you don't need to update the test artifacts. I am assuming the concern was the amount of work required to update all artifacts, is that correct?
Let me know the scenario.
