 Hi,


we are using 6.0.5 version RDNG,RTC,RQM tools with iFIX 005.
Now we cant able to generate a report in RDNG tool ibm suggested to change iFIX 005 to 006.
Can you please suggest me how to change the version upgrade and suggest by the steps to update.

In addition to Luca's reply, if IBM support suggested this update from iFix005 to iFix006, you should be able to ask them this question and get assistance with how to get the iFix downloaded and applied.

HI ,


I raised a PMR for this case but they are not replied  for past 5 days.Please suggest steps to update the version.
I downloaded iFIX 006 to my computer but i don't know to proceed further steps to do.
Please assist me to update version.We have road block in our work because reports are not generating in RDNG.

IBM iFixes contain detailed instructions explaining how to apply them to an existing installation.

Just download the iFix, unzip it and have a look at the readme files.

  HI,

Thanks for the support.
When we are updating the iFIX version we will take any backup data.and just we will copy pate the zip file and run the repotools command , if any steps to i need to run please suggest me.

  HI,


In our environment QM, RM,CCM,DB are installed on separate servers.
Can i update i fix only for RM server?
Is it possible?
otherwise it will effect any other
