Why do I not see any reports in Report Builder in Jazz CLM?

As an admin I am unable to see any reports in Report Builder in Jazz CLM.  

I am logged in, and can get to other parts of Jazz.  When I go to Report Builder, I see the initial page (see below).  When i click on any of the links, I get a blank black page. (Note: The links have been edited so they don't work from this site)

Thanks for the troubleshooting tips.  I will keep them in mind for steps to check if this happens again.

This was a temporary glitch.  Fixed itself when we rebooted the servers.  Could not determine the reason.  I have not looked at the logs since it fixed itself.

from memory the Admin has to deploy the report to JRS / Report Builder

 Hi,


Have you added the admin user under https://<CLM HOST>/rs/setup > Choose reports manager ?

If not add the user and re-login.
