v want to know if I can select the Internal Variables check box in the Execution Variables section of the Test Script Editor in RQM Excel Importer, the reason I ask this is because I need to update some existing scripts, and case I can do this through RQM Excel Imported will save me a lot of time.

No its not supported by Excel Importer. Configuration file syntax enables user to map the test artifact attributes to the excel data, automation of any UI operation is supported.
