"named" URL for Jazz repository entries

My problem comes from an external link into Jazz source control. What I want to achieve is to have a link to elements in a stream (typically there are part of a snapshot) such as :

our base URL is given similar to:

https://oursystem/ccm/web/projects/Integration%20(RTC)/

desired for a source item would be

https://oursystem/ccm/web/projects/Integration%20(RTC)/version/element/

where version is a number and element a logical name, instead of the current link:

https://oursystem/ccm/web/projects/Integration%20(RTC)#action=com.ibm.team.scm.browseElement&workspaceItemId=_ucSIUFOJEeizpewqybIXcg&componentItemId=_B8UQ4bA5Eei7QrPRy8ujlQ&itemType=com.ibm.team.scm.Folder&itemId=_34zq8LBAEeiLzZ01q0o1_w

The reason for that is that I generate regularly a web site internally, which links (amongst others) to selected elements in the source control. Currently, I have to maintain those links manually which is very unpratical. I would desire to have a link set in Jazz that can be used, as in the desired example above.
