Offline Execution of TestCase/TCER

From the browse test case/ TCER section when we select TC/TCER(s) and choose "Run offline" option, they are downloaded as separate .rqms files. When we use the RQM Import tool to convert it to excel format, all the TC/TCERs are present in separate excel files.

Is it possible for all the TC/TCERS to be present in one excel file when taken offline in .rqms format?

No it is not supported, you need to manually move them to single excel file (or different sheet) and update the configuration file accordingly.
