Rational Team Concert eclipse client, unable to see the Stream on client machine

Some of the streams are not available on client machine when try to access them using Rational Team Concert eclipse client. Could you please provide any information which helps to bring those stream on client machine.

When you say "...when try to access them..." how is it you are trying to access them? Do you mean you get an error/exception when trying to Open the streams, or is it that you just don't see them at all? Can you elaborate on where and how exactly you are trying to view these streams (just to confirm you are performing the correct steps).


Assuming it's the case where you just can't see them, does the logged in user have 'read access' to the streams? Check the visibility of the stream by opening it in the Stream editor (login as a user with Admin permissions). The visibility property of the Stream would dictate read-access. Also consider that there's always the possibility that someone deleted the streams (although as already mentioned, a user with Admin permissions should be able to confirm this.)

Hi David,

Thanks for the information. After adding user into the concern Team Area's the issues with stream not available to the user who affected with this, was resolved on eclipse client.
