We are currently experiencing an issue where one of the users on Jazz is not able to retrieve data when running reports in Cognos BI 10.2.2. Other users with the same access are able to get data. We recently disabled a few ODS (e.g. Jazz Foundation Services - Statistics) and Data Mart (e.g. Project Management History) jobs on DCC to increase the performance. Is it safe to assume that one of the jobs on DCC handles user access permissions for reporting? The user was created after the jobs were disabled.
