Lifecycle Query Engine - Unable to lode meta-model. How do I fix it?

When trying to run a report,  I get "the loading of the metamodel for this data source failed".

When trying to refresh the meta-model, I get:

 What errors are reported in lqe.log ?

2018-09-21 10:24:26,498 [          lqe.Indexer-thread-0] ERROR com.ibm.team.integration.lqe.lib.indexer.Indexer    - CRLQE1083E Unable to initialize dataset provider for partition, default. Will retry.
