User should be able to link Closed work items as Duplicate in RTC
In RTC I need to attach the workitem as duplicate of a workitem which is closed. I am aware that tool does not allow to mark a Defect or CR as duplicate of any other closed CR/Defect.
But I would appreciate if anyone could provide a workaround for the issue.

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER I have never had any problem making a workitem a duplicate of a closed workitem.
Are you using an out-of-the-box process, or one that has been customized?
