How to configure jazz server to a remote floating license server or token license server

I need to configure a jazz server xxx to remote license server/token server to pull the licence or allocate licenese for user. I have done these steps so far,
1.Created outbound friends(on xxx) with remote license server and remote floating license server approved the request
2.External license provider is configured and it shows green on status.
I still don't see tokens in my client access license types, I'm missing a step or not configure/miss configured/Anything else needed ?
Any help is much appreciated
