Problem with the login page
For some reason FireFox does not prompt to save passwords off the the web login page.
Could someone open a defect against this behaviour?
If the response is that it's a security feature, isn't it a bit nanny-like and flimsy?
Useability is severely impeded, especially in the panic of needing to quickly access a workitem.

This may be a Firefox setup/config issue. If using Windows Firefox go to Tools->Options. Then select Security tab. Look in "Passwords" section.
No, I have no stored preferences for saving/not saving passwords for my Jazz domain.
The "Remember my user id" also seems to have absolutely no function whatsoever.

I also reported http://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6391. Will RTC dev/test at least acknowledge it?

I opened a workitem to track this issue.
Please add your comments/support to the workitem if you'd like to see this fixed, otherwise we'll probably have a sensible engineer/architect veto this and tell us what a good security feature this is.
