Does RTC Source Control work with MS Access development projects?

The enterprise I work for has been mandated to replace ClearCase with CLM - Rational Team Concert source control. One of the development groups using ClearCase is a customized MS Access database application.  Can RTC Source Control work for them?

Thanks

 Betteann,

from an SCM perspective the answer would generally be a resounding yes. If it is versionable in a file system RTC can handle it. The real question is the effort regarding any kind of metadata trigger you may have written in ClearCase to be transferred to the RTC paradigm or the users feeling comfortable to use either the Visual Studio integration, Eclipse of the CLI for their SCM needs. What kind of IDE and what version are you currently using to edit the MS Access application project?

No ClearCase triggers. They just checked in files.  No recent work on this MS Access database application and no IDE used other than MS Access.  They just plan to make changes with a new team. So what IDE can they use?
