Can a DNG view filter on the value of a linked artifact's attribute?

Bob 3 (1481564) | asked Jun 19 '18, 12:38 p.m.

I need to prepare a view in DNG 6.0.5 iFix004 that filters on the values in linked artifacts' attributes.

Module X has artifacts that are linked to artifacts in Module Y.
In Module X, I want to show only those artifacts that are linked to artifacts in Module Y whose "Attribute A" value is equal to "123456"

Is this possible?

Stretch goal: In Module X, I need to prepare a compound filter that only shows those artifacts that are linked to artifacts in Module Y whose "Attribute A" value is equal to "123456" OR "987654"

I asked this about 2 months ago and the answer was 'no'

I think you can do it using RPE so then you can probably also do it using JRS (Jazz Reporting Service)

No worries Bob.

I was also told that complex compound filters are not currently possible.
