Error in datasource (JTS)

Hello,

I have received the following error:

"Change log from data source (Rational Jazz Team Server) did not contain the change event last processed by life cycle query engine. Truncated change log.
 
I cant seem to find the problem or how to fix it. the error also stated something about specific user but everything seem to be in order.
