Hello Team, 


Here My Scenario, 

I created a New ChangeSet and Check-In to the Repository. Next I will Associate the Check-In ChangeSet with the WorkItem and then I will select Submit For Review option. Once I give Submit For Review the ChangeSet become Complete ChangeSet.

Here My question is, How to activate the Complete ChangeSet to Active ChangeSet, By the way I can do further modifications/changes on the ChangeSet again.

Any Solution...

Once a change has has been completed, it cannot be reopened. You need to create a new change set for additional changes.
