Hi,

I am using 
CLM Version:6.0.3
Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2)

I have created custom link type in RTC which connect work items.
Its working in Eclipse as well as web client.
I am confused, how to set permission on custom link type.
Any idea?

There are limitations on some customization options. Custom link types can not be reported and only certain types can actually be created. If you don't see the type in the regular permission section it is fair to assume that you can not manage its permissions.
