I have created using Rational 6.0.4 a new workitem containing in the summary: Implement $(cr_number) to use the string variable feature (which should be there since 6.02). I can create a template out of
that workitem - but the string variable cr_number cannot be used. The variables "planned for" and "filed against" can be set - but the string variable is not showing up.
Am I doing something wrong here ? - thanks for your input |

![]() After further investigation - thanks Lawrence ! - I found out you have to use curly brackets - plain brackets won't cut it. And a visit at the optician might be helpful in the future too... |
