The jazz server has both Jenkins and Build Forge builds configured.  I can see that some  <g class="gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="7" id="7"> jenkins </g>  builds are completing but these are builds
requested from Jenkins,  any builds requested in RTC are sat in pending state

We discovered that start an automatic Import WorkItem from a remote ClearCase server, and it seems that SmartBear is not calibrated for this type of action.

Stopped SmartBear all actions
