where to add WAS shutdown Script in RHEL 6.2

 I have Created a Script through which WAS Server will Shutdown

now i wan to add that script somewhere in RHEL so that when any user shutdown the server by end of every day, First WAS shutdown script execute then RHEL server will shutdown.

Please Suggest where to  add that script

 Are you using WAS classic, or Liberty? 


If Liberty, here is a Linux system.d unit file that will do the startup/shutdown for you.

I don't know why you need to create a script. If all you want is start and stop your WAS profile when the Linux system starts and stops, you just need to register the WAS profile as a service - same on both Linux and Windows.
