JRS 6.0.4 Custom Categories

Leesen Padayachee (9955119) | asked Mar 13 '18, 8:36 a.m.

 Hi

I am using CLM 6.0.4. I have created a custom category in RQM on a Test Plan a week ago. This custom category has not populated on JRS yet. The exact same custom category was created on another QM project area and shows in JRS. Please let me know if there is anyway to push this custom category to JRS? We have DCC jobs that run every night at 8pm and I also have refreshed the meta-model in JRS.

Thanks,
Leesen

Hi Leesen,

It should be populated on JRS by default.
But still if it is not populated, please follow the below steps.

1. When you start building the report, click on Lifecycle Query Engine under Choose a Report Type option.
2. When it opens a new page, click on refresh. It may take some time to completely refresh the meta-model.

After following above two steps start building the report. The custom category should be populated.
