How to sort WI types(Defect,Change Request, Ticket) to (Ticket, Changerequest,Defect) ?
Is it possible to sort the WI types in RTC ?
for example i have work items like Defect, Change Request, Ticket, Risk... now i want to sort and display them in perticular oder like Change Request, Risk, Defect, Ticket...
is there any way to do this ordering ??
please let me know asap.

The order of WI types in the menu is determined by the order of the WI type definitions in the process xml. You need to modify the xml, the order can not be modified in the UI. |
