Porting ClearQuest request to RTC

Daniel martin (10122926) | asked Oct 02 '09, 2:45 p.m.
I am importing CQ request into RTC. One of the required files for RTC is "filed Against". I haven't been able to determine the rtc attribute that corresponds to "filed Against"
For example priority mapping is the following:
sourceId="Priority" targetId="com.ibm.team.workitem
.attribute.priority

I would think there should be something I can do like.
sourceId="Issue_type" targetId="com.ibm.team.workitem
.attribute.filed_against

I haven't been able to determine the rtc attribute for filed against.

Thanks and regards,

Due to historical reasons, the id for the 'filedAgainst' attribute is:

com.ibm.team.workitem.attribute.category

I am a beginner in RTC. I would like to use OpenLDAP to authenticate RTC express-c. I have some problems as follows:
1. Has anyone succeed? If any, could you please give me some instruction about this?
2. All users in our OpenLDAP belong to the "users" group. The system administrator do not want to create new groups for RTC. We want to manage group in RTC. The openLDAP just for user authentication. How can I do?

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards
Ken
