Hi all,

When a file is locked, (Locked by XXX) is shown in the explorer, but it is still editable on my local file.
Does anyone know any way to somehow change the behavior when users opens the locked files? Like show a warning message or disable modification etc.

I could not find such behavior control in the Process Configuration > Operation Behavior / Configuration Data.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you Donald for the answer. I see we can set it to prompt users on delivering but seems like showing a warning on open/edit is an RFE as there is no such option available.
