How to fetch details of Iteration(Created under timelines section) which is being linked to Release(Created under Release Section) using OSLC query?

I have created Iteration under Timelines section. Then I created a Release under Release section. While creating Release, I linked the Iteration to it So basically while creation or updating Release there is an option on UI called as 'Iteration' using which user can  link release to an iteration.

Now I want to fetch the linked iteration details from Release using OSLC query.
We found following oslc query to fetch release details but then it does not contains linked iteration details:
https://<clm_server_instance_url>/ccm/resource/itemOid/com.ibm.team.workitem.Deliverable/<uuid_of_release>

The URL that you showed is just a resource URI, not an OSLC query. I'm not aware of any published OSLC API for the iteration/timeline part of RTC.
