RLIA - Unable to connect to RTC. Authentication Failed

We are using RLIA Tasktop edition to synchronize between Remedy and RTC. The sync was working fine until recently when integrated security was enabled on WebSphere,

Now the repository connection to RTC in Tasktop fails saying "Authentication credentials were not accepted by the server: Authentication failed". 

WebSphere is configured to "Allow fall back to application authentication mechanism" under "Global security > SPNEGO web authentication" settings. This should enable Tasktop to connect with the specified user credentials.

Any help is appreciated.

You can submit your questions about RLIA-Tasktop Edition through the IBM PMR process, just like all your other IBM software entitlements. 

You can also request your IBM account team get in touch with Tasktop on your behalf, so we can trouble shoot with you directly. 

Please let me know what else we can do to assist in this situation.
