 Could you please advice.

I used to login to RTC client using username/password but now i can only login using "Integrated windows Authentication" . even when i tried to start JBE using the jazzadmin i got the below error :

CRRTC3523E: Authentication failed due to this error: CRJAZ2844E The following URL could not be reached because the server does not accept a user ID and password for authentication: /ccm.service/com.inm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService.

Thanks in advance

Getting the same issue.

ELM: 7.0.1
iFix: 003
WAS:9.0.5.2
DB:MSSQL 2019
OS:Windows
SSO: kerberos

After upgrade from CLM 6061 to ELM 701 getting the same error with repotools-jts and JBE.

No version, no nothing. See How should I ask a question in the Forum if I want to receive useful answers?

I have seen errors like that in environments with Jazz Authorization Server set up. See some hints we found: https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2016/09/21/cant-connect-to-rtc-running-with-jazz-authentication-server/

There might also be necessary steps to add nodes to JAS.
