Error on login

Hi,
I've an error trying to connect to RTC using client. Everything goes ok for months but suddenly I can't connect to server using client. I've always got this error:
CRJAZ0097I URL request "/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService" was denied with Prohibited state.

If I try to connect using web ui I don't have any error. Also, I don't have any error using another client on a different pc. What can I do to restore my client without loose my configurations?

The correct error is the following:

Invalid user ID / password logging into 'server'.
CRJAZ0097I The request for URL "/jazz/service/com.ibm.team.repository.common.internal.IRepositoryRemoteService" was denied with a Forbidden status.

If I try to change workspace it doesn't resolve. Any idea?
