Can I Create Time Sheet in CLM and If Yes tell me how i can create time sheet in CLM where all employee fill the work done as per day basis

Time sheets are only available in RTC and in the formal project management process template. See https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYMRC_3.0.1/com.ibm.team.platform.doc/topics/t_customize_template_formal_features.html .

The claim data is hours down to quarters of hours.
