 Hello All,


While creating Test plan from Workitem links and attachments >add Related Test Plan> create new. In the quick creation view the Owner list will show only 10 users but the QM project area has 100 user.

Is there any limitation added in any property file

Seems to be a usability defect. Please raise a defect against RQM.
