RTC 6.0.4 Plan with Block -> Depends On - Tree view

Morten Madsen (3053150) | asked Oct 27 '17, 4:38 a.m.

 I think I've found a bug / inconsistency.

I have a plan with a normal Work Breakdown view (Parent -> Child - Tree view). Everything looks as expected. Only filtering on resolved items, else I'm showing everything.

I have another view with (Blocks -> Depends On - Tree view), and for this view, I have some observations:

1. If I press F5 and refresh the plan, some of the work items will loose their tree-subnodes - that is their dependencies to other work items. It doesn't matter how many times I press F5 (or Ctrl+F5) - same result.

2. If I switch to another view and then back again, all seems to be ok again.

Has anyone experienced this behavior? It's not very comforting, if you can't trust the list of work items on your plan.

I can easily reproduce this behavior every time.

I'm using the most recent Chrome version (Version 62.0.3202.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)) on Windows 10.
Running on RTC:
Jazz Foundation - Core Libraries 6.0.4 (RJF-SERVER-I20170517-1012)
JTS Patch is active. Contact your system administrator for details on fixes included in this patch in readme.txt. 6.0.4 (iFix003)

Thanks,
/Morten.

I would suggest to create a defect in Jazz.net or a PMR with support.
