Hy,

We have installed RTC for our COBOL-Development and want to install it to a new LPAR with new hostname.

What are the steps to do?

We have RTC 4.0.5 and OS 7.1 and WAS 8.5.5.1

We want to test Migration RTC to 5.x and then 6.x and OS to 7.3

please see the product documentation (from the download page). URI change/server rename is documented there a as well. See the interactive upgrade guide.
I would suggest to upgrade first. You will have to upgrade to 5.x and then to 6.x.
