How to cherry pick non conflicting changes when delivering in DOORS NG?

We are working with requirements in a platform context where projects reuse requirements across the company. DOORS NG branching and merging is perfect for this use.

In a delivery process from a project stream to the consolidated requirements stream a "requirements steward" must select which project specific changes are appropriate for the platform.

The process would be greatly aided if the tool offers functionality to cherry pick changes to deliver.

DOORS NG has a wonderful GUI for conflicting changes, but it seems like this GUI and functionality is not available for non conflicting changes, which seems a bit strange. Does anyone know why, and if there are plans to create the same kind of functionality for non conflicting changes?

I'll preface the following with the advisory that I have little practical experience in using the Change Set merge features provided in RM, but have you looked at link https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSR27Q_6.0.4/com.ibm.jazz.vvc.doc/topics/t_cset_deliv.html?  The following section appears to describe a mechanism to manually select changes (even non-conflicting ones) using the drag and drop feature.

The sections describes exactly what we would like to have for all changes, but it appears only to be available for conflicting changes. If you look at the pictures it says "Changed in both" which is another term for a conflicting change.

If the change is in the category "Created" or "Modified" which are two terms for non conflicting changes, then this functionality seems not to be available when you start a delivery. It does not matter if you choose "Standard" or "Custom" delivery.
