Why can't we open Testplan via Url with local configuration? Trying to find reason for permission error

Frank, this would be difficult to diagnose without access to your server. Thank you Paul for your answer. It looks like we have found the root cause of the problem a moment ago. The project area has been renamed. For Requests like in the example we still need to use the initial name.
