jazz floating license reports not showing the results

 Hi,

We are in CLM 502 version and my licenses server hosted in another server and then pointed my CLM server to license server. Everything works just fine but when I am trying to run the report from jts/admin in my CLM server then licenses graph showing zero usage. Whereas there are couple of users are acquired the licenses already.

I did not see in my license server running the report as I don't have permission. I was checking admin to verify that. Mean while I am looking the way to get information in my CLM server. Is there any possible that I can see the utilization in my CLM server?
