View RTC Kanban on External Monitor

 Hi,


I want to show my teams Sprint Kanban board on an external monitor on the wall. Have a user with only "view" priviledges to login with.

How do I stop that user from being logged out etc. Any hints, tips are welcome.

I have three tips.

1) This may reduce the life of your screen, but you can usually change, so that the screen does not sleep without interaction. If you don't do this you will need to keep doing something to avoid the screen sleeping.

2) I'm not sure what your application server is, but you need to increase the time before timeout.

3) Change the screen resolution, so that you can fit more task board cards on the screen without scrolling.

And there is a Firefox plugin which we use which swaps from tab to tab refreshing each time. That way you don't have a problem with getting logged out and you can display different tabs of information with a delay in between.
