 Hi Team, 

Kindly do let me know, if I can modify the presentations of a Test Case Result.
If so, how can I do it ?

No, I don't think there is an option to change the presentation of a test case result.
Even in this RFE:

the request to add manage sections was rejected last year.
You may create a new RFE and see if it will be considered.
