RTC integration with HP Service Manager

Hi All,

Actually one of our client wants to integration Service Manager with RTC and want manage the work flow on bidirectional.

Once integrated with HP Servie manger the work flow would from HP SM to RTC and RTC to HP SM.

IIf it is possible can you please let us know the process and document for the same. Thanks

There only seem to be integrations to HP ALM / Quality Manager, all of which are provided by Third Party or Business Partners of IBM:

I do not think there is an out of the box solution available for HP Service Manager <--> RTC. You might want to ask e.g. TaskTop or find out from HP if Service Manager supports OSLC (as provider / consumer) since using OSLC might be a viable option to integrate.
