Trying to install the RTC CLIENT for a mac from here in JAZZ.

I can't remember what I did to the existing copy of RTC 5.0.2 on my Mac and it works for me. But if I extract a new copy from the zip file, I see the same problem as you did. You can follow the steps in the accepted answer in the below post for the time being. If I figure out what changes are required, I will post back here.
