Plan sort by requires clicking on the column

Mark Ingebretson (58515236) | asked Jul 24 '17, 5:00 p.m.

We have a plan with the sort by attribute set to "Priority".  But when the plan is first loaded, the data is not reliably sorted by Priority.  Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

If we click on the Priority column header, the data is then sorted correctly.

Shouldn't the plan data always be sorted by the Sorted By parameter when it is first loaded?  Thanks.

Mark,

which RTC version are you running and for which process template are you displaying plans? I assume 6.0.4 and Scrum, regular plans (not Quickplanner or Quickplanner.next)?
If you use a standard plan view I would expect "sort by" to regularly work - unless deferred loading or added plan view items play tricks on that. Still, if you can reproduce it I would open this as a defect on jazz.net
