One to one mapping between work item attributes

Its an old question asked many times before but I am not able to find any feasible solution :
Is there any possibility for One to one attribute mapping in a work Item.
Selection of one value from an enumeration attribute selects a dedicated value in the other enumeration attribute automatically. Enumeration value set is available but the requirement is one to one mapping. Does someone have any thoughts for this ?

Can't you just make it a calculated value?
